摘要
通过对T85-260纯培养溶液中葡萄糖的变化规律、龙须草原料中的可溶性单糖、龙须草发酵过程中微生物消耗单糖的规律和龙须草发酵过程中鼠李糖的变化规律的研究表明,纯培养溶液中葡萄糖的变化规律与T85-260的生长曲线一致;龙须草原料含有少量游离葡萄糖,但几乎没有游离鼠李糖及其它可以被T85-260用做碳源的单糖,如甘露糖、木糖等;在龙须草发酵过程,鼠李糖不能被T85-260用做碳源;龙须草发酵过程中,鼠李糖浓度在龙须草纤维分散(发酵工艺完成)以前总是加大的,一旦发酵工艺结束,其浓度则下降。
The study on glucose variation law in the course of T85-260 pure cultivation, the soluble monosaccharide in Eulaliopsis binata, the monosaccharide consumption law by microbes and rhamnose variation law in the course of Eulaliopsis binata biological pulping showed: glucose variation was consistent with T85-260 growth curve; a little dissociated glucose was found in Eulaliopsis binata, but without dissociated rhamnose and other monosaccharide such as mannose and xylose etc. for T85-260 as carbon source; In the course of Eulaliopsis binata biological pulping, T85-260 could not use rhamnose as carbon source and rhamnose concentration continued to increase till the completion of fermenting process then began to decrease.
