中枢神经系统microRNA及其在药物成瘾中的作用

摘要 microRNAs(miRNAs)是近年发现的一种内源性基因转录后调控分子。miRNA在中枢神经系统中广泛表达,调控中枢神经系统神经元分化、发育及可塑性,参与了多种神经系统疾病的发生、发展,如药物依赖等。本文主要概述了miRNA在中枢神经系统及其药物成瘾中的调控作用。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are endogenous molecules discovered in recent years that regulate post transcriptional gene expression.They are highly expressed in the central nervous system,regulate neuronal differentiation,development and plasticity of the central nervous system,and are implicated in the genesis and development of nervous system diseases.In this paper,we briefly review the role of miRNA in the central nervous system and drug addiction.
