摘要
柠檬酸作为酸化剂,具有诱食、抗应激、无残留等特点,其在减少断奶仔猪应激和提高生产性能方面取得了良好的效果。随着研究的深入,学者们发现柠檬酸还具有抗氧化和降低胆固醇的功能,可改善仔猪的肉品质。本文就柠檬酸的营养作用及其相关机理和在断奶仔猪饲养中的应用进展作一综述。
Citric acid is an acidifier with characteristics of attractant,anti-stress and no residue.In order to prevent early weaning stress of piglets and improve performance,citric acid has been applied to weaner piglet feeding in recent years and achieved good effects.Recently,it was found that citric acid also had antioxidant and cholesterol-lowering effects,which could improve meat quality.In this paper,nutritional functions and its mechanisms of citric acid and application effects in weaner piglet feeding are summarized.
