不同透析袋对仿生消化法评定猪饲料原料干物质和磷体外消化率的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Different Dialysis Tubings on Digestibilities of Dry Matter and Phosphorus of Feed Ingredients for Pigs Evaluated by Bionic Digestion System in Vitro

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同截留分子质量及来源的透析袋对仿生消化法评定猪饲料原料干物质和磷体外消化率的影响,为猪饲料磷生物学效价评定的仿生消化法操作规程的设计提供参考。试验采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选用美国Viskase截留分子质量分别为14 000、7 000、3 500 u以及美国光谱医学截留分子质量分别为3 500、1 000 u的5种透析袋,评定玉米、豆粕、麦麸的干物质和磷的体外消化率。结果表明:1)随着截留分子质量的缩小,使用美国Viskase透析袋测得饲料干物质及磷消化率呈现下降的趋势。截留分子质量为14 000 u的透析袋测得的玉米和麦麸干物质消化率显著高于截留分子质量为7 000和3 500 u的透析袋(P<0.05);截留分子质量为3 500 u的透析袋测得的玉米、豆粕、麦麸的磷消化率最低(P<0.05),分别为55.46%、55.53%和75.66%。2)在本试验条件下,不同截留分子质量的美国光谱医学透析袋测得的饲料原料干物质和磷消化率存在差异,但最大仅分别相差3.35%和1.67%。3)截留分子质量为3 500 u的美国光谱医学透析袋测得的饲料原料干物质和磷消化率均显著高于截留分子质量为3 500 u的美国Viskase透析袋(P<0.05),而与截留分子质量为14 000 u的美国Viskase透析袋测定结果接近。从本试验结果可知,使用美国Viskase截留分子质量为14 000 u的透析袋更适宜于仿生消化法测定饲料原料的干物质消化率,而截留分子质量为3 500 u的透析袋较适宜测定饲料原料的磷消化率。 The effects of different molecular weight cutoff(MWCO) and sources of dialysis tubings on digestibilities of dry matter and phosphorus in vitro evaluated using bionic digestion system were revealed to provide a reference for designing agendum of phosphorus digestion evaluation of feed ingredients for pigs.The single factor completely randomized design was adopted for evaluating the effects of different dialysis tubings(American Viskase with 14 000,3 500 and 1 000 u MWCO;American Spectra/Por with 3 500 and 1 000 u MWCO) on digestibilities of dry matter and phosphorus of corn,soybean meal and wheat bran in vitro.The results showed as follows: 1) with the narrow of MWCO in American Viskase dialysis tubings,digestibilities of dry matter and phosphorus of three feed ingredients in vitro were reduced.The dry matter digestibility of corn and wheat bran using dialysis tubing with 14 000 u MWCO was more than that using dialysis tubing with 7 000 or 3 500 u MWCO(P<0.05).The phosphorus digestibilities of corn,soybean meal and wheat bran using dialysis tubing with 3 500 u MWCO were the lowest(P<0.05),and were 55.46%,55.53% and 75.66%,respectively.2) Although the digestibilities of dry matter and phosphorus of three feed ingredients in vitro using American Spectra/Por dialysis tubings with different MWCO were not similar in the present study,but the maximum difference between 3 500 and 1 000 u of the three feed ingredients was only 3.35% and 1.67%.3)The digestibilities of dry matter and phosphorus using American Spectra/Por dialysis tubing with 3 500 u MWCO were higher than those using American Viskase dialysis tubing with 3 500 u MWCO(P<0.05),while were similar to those using American Viskase dialysis tubingwith 14 000 u MWCO.In conclusion,American Viskase dialysis tubing with 14 000 u MWCO is more suitable for evaluation of dry matter digestibility of feed ingredients in vitro,and phosphorus digestibility of feed ingredients in vitro using American Viskase dialysis tubing with 3 500 u MWCO is more reasonable.
