伦理秩序是一种具有客观交往规则的关系结构,交往规则内源于人们的社会交往实践活动。随着计算机与信息技术的发展,被认为"虚拟实存"的赛博空间改变了"实际实存"中人与人的交往方式。它不但重现并重构了熟人关系,而且密切了陌生人之间的联结。源于网络社交的赛博空间伦理秩序由此萌生,它凸显交往自由的价值,高扬人的主体性,已渗透和影响到人类政治、经济、文化活动中的一切具体领域。

Ethical order is a structure of relations with objective rules of communication,which originated from the human practices of social communication.With the development of computer and information technology,cyberspace,regarded as the 'virtual reality',has changed the way people communicate in the 'actual reality'.It not only reconstructs the relationship of acquaintances,but also connects strangers more closely.Deriving from the network communication,the ethical order in cyberspace manifests the value of free communication and elevates the human subjectivity highly.It has affected all the specific areas in political,economic and cultural activities.
