摘要
如何合理解释企业在利用联盟网络中的嵌入性关系进行创新时出现的创新缺乏效益等问题一直受到理论界的关注。采用文献研究、案例研究和三角验证相结合的方法,基于沈阳机床集团的访谈资料及公开数据,从"强联结"和"弱联结"两个维度入手对创新的"发现机会"和"获取资源"两个阶段进行了深入剖析,系统地提炼了技术联盟网络中关系嵌入性对创新的影响机理,并构建了相应的理论模型。
It has been a big concern for the theory circle to explain why companies and enterprises fail to obtain satisfactory benefits when they apply embeddedness to innovate in an alliance network.By means of literature research,case study as well as triangulation,this paper,based on the interview materials and public data about Shenyang Machine Tool Co.,Ltd.,manages to explore how the two dimensions of relational embeddedness—'strong ties' and 'weak ties' affect the two stages of innovation—'discovering opportunities' and 'accessing resources'. It then systematically extracts the influence mechanism of relational embeddedness on innovation in the technological alliance network,and finally establishes a corresponding theoretical model.
