摘要 针对W型弹条扣件设计专用快速装夹夹具,用以实现对钢轨W型弹条扣件扣压力在线快速检测。分别运用Solidworks Cosmosxpress和Ansys Workbench软件对钢轨W型弹条扣件检测装置的专用夹具的设计进行分析,针对分析出的应力强度和整体形变进行对比总结,利用2种软件的各自优点完成对夹具零件的优化设计,使得专用夹具在加工制造前,具有良好的结构和力学性能。 The article's content is to design the quick-equipped special fixture so as to achieve in-situ rapid detection of the clamping force of W-type spring-clip fastenings of the rail.The article adopts Solidworks Cosmosxpress and Ansys Workbench softwares respectively to analyze the design of the special fixture used for the detector of W-type spring-clip fastenings of the rail,contrasts and summarizes the stress intensity and overall deformation,and utilizes the advantages of two softwares to complete the optimal design for the parts of the special fixture.It is concluded that,with the results of the optimal design,the special fixture will have good structural and mechanical properties.
