摘要
对1座跨越了5条既有铁路干线的有创新性的多跨无梁板连续刚构桥的方案比选、设计标准、结构构造与施工方法进行介绍,采用有限元分析软件对结构进行纵横向分析计算,计算表明结构安全、可靠。该结构跨数较多且位于曲线上,根据自身特点采用边墩与板铰接、中墩与板固结的支座布置方式,提出膺架与满堂支架相结合的施工新方法,可为铁路跨线桥梁的设计与施工提供参考和借鉴。
A curved multi-span flat-slab continuous rigid frame bridge crossing above five existing main lines of railway are taken as an example,and its scheme comparison,design standard,structure system as well as construction method are introduced in this article.By analyzing longitudinal and lateral performances with finite-element analysis software,it can be learned that the structure is safe and reliable.Because of the characteristics of multi-span and curve site,an innovative bearing layout scheme is adopted: side piers are hinged with flat-slab and the middle piers are consolidated onto flat-slab.Besides,full supports are applied in combination with falsework during construction,which can provide significant reference and application to the similar projects.
