摘要 现浇连续梁(刚构)跨越既有铁路施工工艺复杂,对施工安全性要求较高。根据京石客运专线跨307国道大桥(48+80+80+48)m连续刚构的跨既有石太铁路线施工,从紧邻既有线的5号墩防护桩及墩身施工、0号块及挂篮悬臂浇筑施工进行了较为详细的介绍。在跨既有石太铁路采用无棚洞全封闭挂篮施工技术,保证了铁路的运营安全。 When spanning over an existing railway,the construction technology of cast-in-situ continuous girder(rigid frame) is complicated,and it has a high demand on construction safety.The paper takes the construction of the intersection as an example,in which the(48+80+80+48)-m continuous rigid frame of the bridge(spanning over 307 National Road) in Beijing-Shijiazhuang Passenger-dedicated Line spans over the existing Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Railway.And then the paper makes a detailed introduction about the construction,including the No.5 pier's fender pile and pier body,No.0 part,and the cantilever-casting by the form traveler.In addition,the technology of the form traveler that is none tent-hole and fully enclosed was utilized in the construction of the intersection between this bridge and the existing Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Railway,so the safety of railway operation was ensured.
