摘要
通过改建铁路杭州枢纽杭州东站扩建工程二号港大桥第4孔箱梁高位落梁施工,介绍高位落梁施工的方案比选、落梁体系结构设计,施工技术及施工中的安全保障措施,尤其是采用支架钢绞线法自锁式千斤顶工艺,很好地解决了预应力混凝土箱梁高位安全、稳定、快速、准确下落的问题,对以后类似的工程施工提供良好的借鉴作用。
The paper's example is located at the fourth span of No.2 Port Bridge in the extension project of Hangzhou East Railway Station of reconstructed Hangzhou Railway Terminal.The construction of the placement of box girder from high position is introduced in this paper.The paper introduces emphatically the scheme comparison about the construction of girder placement from high position,the structure design of girder-placement system,construction technology and safety methods,especially using the method of support frame plus steel strand and using the self-locking jack technology.As a result,with these construction technologies,the problem that the prestressed concrete box girder should be dropped down safely,stably,quickly and accurately from high position was solved well.The paper can provide a good reference for the construction of the similar projects too.
