哈尔滨至漠河铁路通道现状能力紧张,不能满足日益增长的运输需求,需要进行扩能改造。通过对既有铁路通道现状的分析,根据各个区段不同的实际情况,进行了扩能改造方案比选,并最终确立了适合各自区段速度目标值的组合推荐方案。

The Harbin-Mohe Railway is in a current situation of insufficient capacity,which can not meet the increasing transportation requirements,therefore the railway line needs for expansion and revamping.The article,through the analysis on current situation of the existing railway passage,according to the actual situation of each railway section,compares and selects the railway expansion and revamping schemes,eventually establishes a combination of recommended schemes for the respective railway section under itself speed target value.
