摘要
在铁路简支T梁的设计和施工过程中,梁体变形是重点控制的项目之一。结合时速200 km客货共线铁路简支T梁的设计,对影响梁体变形的主要因素进行分析,并对简化公式和图乘法2种计算方法进行了比较。结果表明,设计时自重和二期恒载引起的变形可采用简化公式法,而活载及预应力引起的变形则应采用图乘法计算;同时对施加预应力时混凝土的龄期及二期恒载加载的时间对梁体混凝土变形的影响进行了计算分析,并提出了相应的控制措施。
In railway simply supported T-girder design and construction process,the girder deformation is one of the key control items.In this paper,combined with the design of simply supported T-girder on 200 km/h mixed passenger and freight railway,the main factors that affect the deformation of girder body are analyzed,and the two calculation methods of simplified formula method and graphical multiplication method are compared.The results show that,the simplified formula method may be used to calculate the deformations caused by the self weight and the secondary constant load,while the graphical multiplication method should be used to calculate the deformations caused by the live load and the pre-stress.At the same time,the effects on girder concrete deformations of concrete age when pre-stressing and the loading time of the secondary constant load are calculated and analyzed,and the corresponding control measures are put forward in this paper.
