摘要
通过对京沪高铁南京南站屋盖网架滑移施工过程和施工技术的总结,系统阐述了大跨度网架高空滑移安装的总体思路、前提条件、设施设备,以及滑移施工计算机仿真分析、爬行机器人总线分布式控制、位移闭环控制、监控量测等关键技术,并提出滑移施工相关注意事项。
By summarizing the sliding construction process and technologies of the space grids in roof system of Nanjing South Station on Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway,the author systematically describes the key technologies such as the general idea,prerequisites,facilities and equipments of high-altitude sliding installation of large-span space grids,as well as the computer simulation analysis of sliding construction,crawling robot bus distributed-controlling,displacement closed-loop controlling,monitoring and measurement and so on.The author also puts forward the cautions related to sliding construction.
