p53、bcl-2蛋白和p-gp在鼻咽鳞癌中表达的研究

目的 研究 p5 3、bcl 2蛋白和 p gp在鼻咽鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床病理特征的关系 ,探讨其在预后评估中的意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测 6 4例鼻咽鳞癌组织中p5 3、bcl 2和 p gp的表达。结果 鼻咽鳞癌组织中 p5 3、bcl 2和p gp阳性率分别为76 .5 6 % (4 9/ 6 4 )、89.0 6 % (5 7/ 6 4 )、17.19% (11/6 4 )。p5 3、bcl 2蛋白过表达均与颈部淋巴结转移、组织分化程度有关 (P <0 .0 1)。p gp过表达与bcl 2蛋白过表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,p5 3蛋白过表达与bcl 2蛋白过表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 p5 3和bcl 2蛋白均参与鼻咽鳞癌的发生与分化 ,其表达水平的不同有助于预后判断 ;

Objective To investigate the p53、bcl 2 proteins and p glycoprotein(p gp) expression in the patients with nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma(NPSC) and their relations to clinical pathological features.Methods 64 specimens with NPSC were detected by immunohistochenmical technique SP for p53、bcl 2 and p gp.Results The positive expression rates for p53、bcl 2 and p gp were 76.56% (49/64)、 89.06% (57/64)、 17.19% (11/64),respectively.A significantly correlation was found that both bcl 2 and p53 overexpressions were related to lymph node metastasis and differentiation grade ( P < 0.05 ).There was a positive correlation between p gp and bcl 2( P < 0.05 ),and also a positive correlation between p53 and bcl 2( P < 0.001 ).Conclusion The overexpression of p53 and bcl 2 proteins may be involved in tumorigenesis and be correlated with the differentiation of NPSC.These will help identify the prognosis of NPSC.And there exists primary multi drug resistance in NPSC without any treatment.
