摘要
目的 探讨肿瘤适形放疗与常规放疗后的心电图改变。方法 对 2 2 8例肿瘤患者接受适形放疗、常规放疗后的心电图改变进行比较分析。结果 适形放疗与常规放疗均可引起心脏损伤致心电图改变 ,心电图异常发生率分别为 5 6 .2 5 % ,6 8.97%。统计学处理差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 适形放疗对心脏放射损伤较常规放疗轻 。
Objective To explore the cardiogram changes between conformal radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy in treating tumor.Methods Comparing and analysing of the cardiogram changes in 228 patients with tumour who received conformal radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy.Results Both conformal radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy can injure the heart,resulting cardiogram changing.The probability of cardiogram abnormity is 56.25% and 68.97% repectively.There was a significantly diffrence between two groups ( P < 0.05 )。Conclusion Both the heart injury and cardiogram changes by conformal radiotherapy are slighter than by conventional radiotherapy.
