格构式钢管混凝土风力发电塔架设计 被引量:6

摘要 针对格构式钢管混凝土组合结构塔架在风力发电中应用问题,结合钢管混凝土统一理论,采用有限元法,借助于ANSYS有限元软件,对钢管混凝土立柱的稳定性、格构式钢管混凝土塔架静强度进行了分析.结果表明:圆钢管混凝土立柱的稳定性优于薄壁钢管立柱;格构式钢管混凝土形式塔架能够满足风机塔架强度要求,但格构式塔架最大应力处于塔架迎风或背风一侧的某一高度,因该高度的弯矩比较大,构件连接节点部位出现了较大应力集中,对此高度组合材料的含钢率应适当加大.该结果对格构式钢管混凝土组合结构塔架的总体设计有一定的参考价值. In terms of the application problem of concrete-filled steel tube tower in wind power generation,this study analyzes the stability of concrete-filled steel tube column and the static strength of concrete-filled steel tube tower based on unified theory of concrete-filled steel using ANSYS finite element software.The results show that the stability of circular concrete-filled steel tube column is better than that of thin-walled steel column.The concrete form of lattice steel turbine tower can meet the strength requirement.However,the maximum stress is at the tower windward leeward side with certain height.Therefore,the high degree of bending moment is relatively large,and there is a large stress concentration on the area of connected nodes.At the height with stress concentration,the steel ratio in combined materials should be appropriately increased.The study results are valuable for the overall design of concrete-filled steel tube tower.
