随着电子信息技术在各行各业的广泛应用,企业档案管理工作正面临着时代的机遇和挑战。本文首先分析目前企业档案管理的现状和传统企业档案管理的弊端产生原因,然后在这基础上介绍电子信息技术的发展及其在企业档案管理中的应用,研究了企业档案管理信息化建设的策略。最后本文在企业电子档案的检索和保密工作上作了进一步研究。

With the electronic and in formation technology widely used in all walks of life,enterprise records managementis facing opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzed the currentstatus and the defects causes of enterprise records management.Then it described the development of electronic information technology and the application in enterprise records management.Italso researched the tacrics of information construction of records management.
