金属表面T_iO_2薄膜的制备及其血液相容性研究

摘要 生物体医用材料,特别是与血液相接触的生物医用金属材料要具有血液相容性。用溶胶——凝胶法可在316L不锈钢和NiT形状记忆合金表面制备致密均匀的TiO2薄膜,从而进行表面改性处理。经过溶胶——凝胶法制备TiO2膜进行表面改性的316L不锈钢和NiTi合金的动态凝血时间延长,溶血率下降,说明溶胶——凝胶法制备TiO2膜可提高金属植入物的血液相容性,且符合生物植入材料的医学标准。
