Application of Correspondence and Cluster Analysis in Competitiveness Evaluation of Construction Enterprise

采用对应分析方法对我国17个上市建筑企业的竞争力进行了评价,能在信息损失最小的情况下,利用最少的维度同时表现样本信息和指标信息。该方法可以通过对应分析图,直观地表现样本企业的相对竞争优势与劣势,以及在不同准则层的差别。同时,为了弥补对应分析图在主观上判断距离的严谨性,辅以聚类分析的方法进行客观分析,实现主客观相结合,进一步验证了对应分析用两个公因子直观表现样本和指标信息的能力,为客观评价建筑企业竞争力并提升企业竞争力提供了明确的方向。

The competitiveness of 17 listed construction enterprises from China was evaluated by using correspondence analysis methods.The most information of samples and indexes were showed by the least dimensions.The differences of the competitiveness of the construction enterprises can be exhibited by the method of correspondence analysis.Through the figure of correspondence analysis,the advantage and disadvantage of competitiveness can be revealed distinctly.Meanwhile,in order to make up for the rigor of the corresponding chart in the subjective judgments of distance,the method of cluster analysis was used,and the performance of the corresponding analysis was further validated.The competitiveness of enterprises was evaluated objectively and the right direction of enhancing competitiveness was available.
