摘要
对离合器的接合过程进行分析,找出了影响离合器接合性能的主要因素;从满足车辆的使用要求出发,确定了离合器的最佳接合规律;制定了基于模糊控制原理的控制策略,其中系统的输入分别为油门开度、离合器主从动盘转速差和离合器接合行程,系统输出为离合器接合速度;利用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件建立了汽车起步时离合器接合控制的仿真模型。仿真分析证明:该离合器接合控制策略是合理有效的。
The clutch engaging process was analyzed in detail and the main factors which influenced the engaging performance were found out,and the optimal engagement law was established from the the automobile's service requirements.On this basis,the fuzzy control strategy which was used for synthetic control of all stages of clutch engaging process was formulated,the inputs of control system were throttle opening,the speed difference between the clutch active disc and the clutch slave disc and the displacement of clutch;the output was the engaging speed.The simulation model of the control of clutch during vehicle starting was established by MATLAB/SIMULINK.The simulation results show that the control strategy could meets the requirements of vehicle.
