摘要 针对某轻型卡车驾驶室前地板开裂现象,进行实车道路试验和驾驶室翻转试验,查出影响开裂的主要因素。通过建立驾驶室有限元模型,并对单扭杆式翻转机构进行力学分析,得到驾驶室所受到的预应力;用有限元分析法对驾驶室在不同工况下进行强度分析对比,提出改进方案,为翻转机构式驾驶室结构改进提供依据。 For solving the problem of crack on a light truck cab floor,road test and cab switch test had done for the track.As a result,the main factor which brought about its crack was found.The finite element model of the cab was built.The prestress of cab was obtained from the switching mechanism analysis.The structure strengths of the cab at different operation cases were analyzed and compared,and a reliable result was gained.Based on the results obtained in this work,some corresponding improving schemes were recommended.
