摘要 调查了重庆市观音桥商圈的停车现状,并以搜集的公共路外停车库不同时段的利用率作为广义线性统计模型的因变量,将停车库位置、泊位数、停车费用、用途、出入口类型以及附近的路内停车等作为自变量,对停车库利用率进行研究。研究结果发现:停车库周边的路内停车情况对其利用率有影响。 The existing parking condition in Guanyinqiao CBD in Chongqing was investigated.The occupancies of off-street parking lots in different time period were collected within the study area,and modeled using generalized linear regression models to study the effects of the location,capacity,parking fee,type of access and nearby on-street parking.It shows that on-street parking affects off-street parking occupancy.
