摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷作为中心核,二羟甲基丙酸作为合成单体,对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂,采用一步法合成了第三代端羟基超支化聚酯(HBP)。苯甲酸对其进行了封端改性。利用核磁共振氢谱和SEC/TALLS对其结构进行了表征。同时,将改性前后的第三代HBP作为共混组分加入到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基体中,研究了其对PET流变性、吸湿性、染色性的影响。结果表明,改性后的超支化聚酯的流变改性功能优于改性前的超支化聚酯,吸湿和染色改性功能有所下降。
The third generation title OH-terminated hyperbranched polyester(HBP) was synthesized with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.Hydroxyl groups were terminated by benzoic acid.The hyperbranched polyester and modified hyperbranched polyester were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and SEC/TALLS respectively.The modified hyperbranched polyester and hyperbranched polyester as blending components were mixed respectively into the polyethylene terephthalate(PET).The rheological property of PET melt blended with the modified hyperbranched polyester was significantly improved,and the dyeing and moisture regain declined.
