NaOH催化猪油甲醇解的工艺研究

摘要 通过分析副产物甘油的量计算猪油转化率,并使用气相色谱对生成的脂肪酸甲酯进行定性分析。结果表明,NaOH催化猪油甲醇解的适宜工艺条件为:猪油和甲醇摩尔比为1∶6,NaOH质量分数为1%,在60℃、160r/min搅拌反应2.5h,在适宜条件下的猪油转化率可达到92.9%。猪油甲醇解生成的脂肪酸甲酯包括:肉豆蔻酸甲酯、棕榈酸甲酯、棕榈油酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、亚油酸甲酯。 The main technology condition of sodium hydroxide-catalyzed methanolysis of lard was studied to produce fatty acid esters.The conversion of lard was calculated by glycerol determined in reaction system and fatty acid methyl esters produced were determined by gas chromatography.The conversion of lard reached 92.9% under the optimal conditions,including molar ratio of methanol to lard,1∶6;sodium hydroxide concentration,1%;mixing intensity,160 r/min and 60 ℃ for 2.5 h.Fatty acid methyl esters produced by lard methanolysis included myristic acid methyl ester,palmitic acid methyl ester,palmitoleic acid methyl ester,stearic acid methyl ester,oleic acid methyl ester and linoleic acid methyl ester.
