摘要
在铁路既有线改造过程中,如何在保证铁路正常运营和安全的前提下进行施工过渡,是制定改造方案时要考虑的重要因素。济宁市济安桥南路下穿新日铁路立交桥工程中,因工点西端为京杭运河特大桥,特大桥上既有铁路曲线和周围村庄等地形条件限制了施工过渡方案的选择。通过分析该工程施工过渡方案比选中的控制因素,提出了施工过渡便线选线原则和解决对策,对施工便线方案进行了研究比选,确定了经济合理的施工过渡方案,最后对京杭运河特大桥上曲线拨移量控制方法进行了分析总结。目前该工程已按设计方案建成通车,实施效果良好。
In the process of the renovation for existing railway,how to do the construction transition on the premise of ensuring the normal operation and the safety of railway is a key point in the renovation plan.For the grade separation project of South Ji'anqiao Road crossing under Xinhualong-Rihuigang Railway in Jining,the construction transition scheme is limited by the topographic conditions of the surrounding villages and the existing railway curve upon the super major bridge named Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Bridge on the west of the construction site.In this paper,the control factors obtained from scheme comparison are analyzed and the principles and countermeasures of route selection of detour for construction transition are suggested.Thus,the economic and reasonable construction transition scheme is determined and the control method of curve-shifting of this super major bridge is summarized.At present,with the good effects of application,the project has been completed and put in operation according to the design scheme.
