摘要 针对传统的城市道路占道挖掘审批修复管理手段落后、效率低、施工过程无法控制、违规超挖等问题,结合管理部门实际审批工作的需求,提出基于WebGIS的广州市城市道路占道挖掘审批修复管理系统的总体设计思路和系统架构,对其开发目标和功能设计进行讨论,详细介绍系统各个模块的功能及关键技术,系统充分利用Web-GIS的强大的空间信息管理能力,管理者通过浏览器即可方便的查看和监管占道审批和施工进度情况,系统的开发为道路管理部门对占道施工的审批和查看提供了一种新的管理手段。 In view of the problems that the traditional management tools for urban road occupancy and restoration were backward,inefficient,and that the construction process was anarchistic with a mass of overexcavation,combined with the actual needs of management work,this paper puts forward general design principle and system structure of Guangzhou Urban Road Occupancy and Restoration Management System based on WebGIS.The paper also discusses its development goals and functional design,and introduces every function and key technology of each module.This system makes full use of powerful spatial information management capacity of WebGIS,and managers can easily view and monitor the progress of road occupancy permission and construction through a browser.The system can be a new management tool for the road management department to approve and trace the road occupancy construction.
