摘要
精伊霍线是乌鲁木齐铁路局管辖内的第一条电化铁路,由于相邻线既有机务设备均为内燃设备,所以本线机务设备选点、布点不当不仅影响近期使用效率,有可能还会在远期造成大量废弃工程。从客货流预测、相邻线既有机务设备、乌鲁木齐铁路局中长期规划以及自然条件与区域环境等方面进行大量的分析比较,并结合机务选点、布点一般原则形成本线机务设备选点、布点最终方案,为后续同类项目规划设计提供了很好的借鉴。
Jinghe-Yili-Korgas Railway is the first electrified railway under the jurisdiction of Urumqi Railway Administration.Improper selection and arrangement of locomotive facilities location in this railway will not only affect the recent utilization ratio but also result in a lot of waste works in the future because the existing locomotive facilities in adjacent railways are diesel facilities.This paper carries out extensive analysis and comparisons from these respects of prediction of passenger and freight flow,existing locomotive facilities in adjacent railways,medium and long term planning of Urumqi Railway Administration,natural condition and regional environment,etc.The final scheme of the selection and arrangement of locomotive facilities location in this line has been formed according to the general principles of locomotive location selection and arrangement,and it can provide the better reference for the planning and designing of similar projects in the future.
