摘要
分析既有线隧道内轨下基础存在的问题,介绍专门用于既有线隧道内的专用轨枕的设计思路和制造方法。通过对现有大型机械捣固道床和现有Ⅲ型轨枕等特点分析,设计出适合用于隧道的矮轨枕。该轨枕轨下截面高180mm,能够满足隧道高度的限制;承载力轨下弯矩17.3 kN·m、枕中弯矩15.0kN·m,能够达到普通Ⅲ型轨枕的承载能力;轨枕底面宽320mm,铺设间距为600mm,能够满足大型机械捣固道床的作业要求,使用效果良好。
This paper analyzes the problems of rail foundation within tunnel of existing railway line,also introduces the design concept and manufacture method of the specialized sleepers used for tunnel of existing railway line.Earlier,through analysis to existing track bed maintained by large machinery and characteristic of existing typeⅢsleeper,a kind of low sleeper suitable for tunnel was studied out.The sleeper is 180 mm in height below rail,and can satisfy the height limitation of the tunnel;the bearing capacity:M = 17.3 kN ? m(bending moment under rail),M = 15.0 kN ? m(bending moment at middle of sleeper),and can achieve the bearing capacity of common typeⅢsleeper.The sleeper bottom section is 320 mm in width,and the interval is 600 mm,which can satisfy the operation requirements of track bed maintained by large machinery,with excellent utility effect.
