摘要
针对盾构施工过程中的安全风险控制问题,提出将盾构隧道划分为不同的组段,然后确定各个组段内的主要盾构施工参数的控制范围,从而控制盾构施工过程中的安全风险的新思想。建立了北京地铁盾构隧道安全风险组段划分方法,该方法根据北京地区地层和盾构施工环境的特点将北京地铁盾构隧道划分为18种安全风险组段,北京地铁任何一个盾构隧道都是由这18种组段中的一种或几种组段组合而成。结合北京地铁大兴线01标黄村火车站站—义和庄站盾构区间工程实例介绍了组段划分的方法和各个组段内主要盾构施工参数的控制范围。研究工作为盾构施工过程中的安全风险控制提供了新方法,为盾构施工风险管理提供了新思路。
To control risk during shield construction,a new thought was put forward that is:dividing a shield tunnel into different sectors,and then determining main shield construction parameters' controlling range of these sectors.Further,aiming at the stratum conditions and shield construction environment characteristics in Beijing area,the classification method of shield tunnel risk sectors in Beijing Metro was established,that is to divide shield tunnels of Beijing Metro into 18 risk sectors,and any shield tunnel of Beijing metro could be composed of one or several of the 18 sectors.Combining with the actual shield tunnel section between Huangcun Railway Station to Yihezhuang Station of Line Daxing in Beijing Metro, the classification method of sectors and main shield construction parameters' controlling range of different sectors was introduced in this paper.As a result,this research provides a new method for risk controlling and a new thought for risk management during shield constructions.
