摘要
为了指导铁路桥上附加伸缩力放散的施工,基于大型有限元软件ANSYS提出状态法非线性弹簧结果修正线性弹簧模拟线路纵向阻力的方法,建立完整的附加伸缩力放散的模型并进行计算,一方面验证了计算方法的正确性,同时也得到桥上无缝线路采用拧松扣件的方法放散钢轨附加伸缩力的方法是可行的。该分析计算方法也可用于指导普通无缝线路温度力的放散工作。
To guide the construction of stress relief of additional expansion force,based on finite element software ANSYS,the author put forward a new method to simulate the longitudinal resistance on the track,in which the results of nonlinear spring were adopted to modify the linear spring stiffness.Further,the author created a complete model of stress relief of additional expansion force as well as calculated it.The research results not only verified the correctness of this calculation method,but also showed that it is feasible to release the additional expansion force of the rail by loosening the rail fastenings.This calculation method also can be utilized to guide the construction of stress relief of temperature force in continuously welded rails.
