摘要
武咸城际铁路在咸宁市横沟桥镇附近采用连续梁上跨武广高速铁路,现浇连续梁在武广高速铁路上方施工,给武广高速铁路运营带来极大安全风险,且要点施工工期长。该连续梁施工采用转体施工工艺,即先在武广高速铁路限界外平行于线路方向完成连续梁施工,然后利用磨盘转动原理,将梁体转动到设计位置。施工前对武广高速铁路作覆盖防护,施工中将施工部位与武广高速铁路作空间隔离,达到确保安全和工期的要求。
Crossing above Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway,the continuous girder was adopted in Wuhan-Xianning Intercity Railway near the town of Henggouqiao in Xianning city.If the continuous girder was concreted in situ above Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway,it would bring great security risks and cause long construction period to this existing railway line.So the swing method was employed in the construction of this continuous girder,that is,first,parallel to the line direction of Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway,the continuous girder was completely concreted outside the railway clearance;and then,by means of turning millstone theory,it was swung to the design position.In addition,prior to the construction,the relevant section of Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway was covered to be protected;and during construction,the relevant section was separated from the constructed parts to ensure the construction safety and time schedule.
