Technologies for Laying CRTSⅠ Slab Type Ballastless Track on Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line

结合哈大客运专线CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道施工工艺性试验研究与线上正式工程实例,重点叙述CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道混凝土底座板施工、轨道板的运输与存放、轨道板铺设、精调定位、水泥乳化沥青砂浆灌注以及凸形挡台周围树脂灌注等关键技术,针对CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道板铺设各工序进行深入探讨研究,检测结果表明:CRTSⅠ型轨道板铺设各项指标均符合相关标准,轨道板的铺设工艺流程满足哈大客运专线的技术要求。

This paper,with reference to the test study on CRTSⅠ ballastless track slab construction process and on-track engineering practices on Harbin-Dalian passenger dedicated line,introduces the construction of concrete base slab of CRTSⅠ slab ballastless track,transport and storage of track slab,track slab installation,fine positioning,grouting of cement emulsified asphalt mortar,and grouting of resin around the bollard.An intensive study is conducted on the individual procedures for laying CRTSⅠ slab type ballastless track.The test results have shown that all indexes of laying CRTSⅠ track slab satisfy the relevant standards,and the process flow for laying track slab meets the specifications for Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line.
