摘要
针对综掘面粉尘防治的问题,提出了用风幕控尘的粉尘治理方法,数值模拟方法研究了在风幕控制下粉尘逸散规律,风幕控尘的数学模型是在稀相气固两相流理论上建立的.在条缝宽度、射流出口风速不同情况下,运用CFD软件从三维角度模拟了风幕控尘现象,生成了有、无风幕时的粉尘颗粒图以及粉尘速度随时间变化曲线,并对不同风幕下的控尘效果进行了模拟对比和分析,得出了风幕射流装置起到了控尘作用且风幕射流速度越大,粉尘越易被集中抽走的结论.研究对掘进巷道粉尘的综合治理有很好的借鉴作用.
To overcome the problem associated with dust prevention and control in a fully mechanized heading face,this study proposes a dust control method called air curtain dust control.The study uses numerical simulation method to model the diffusion laws of dust which is controlled by air curtain.The mathematical model of air curtain dust control is built based on the dilute phase gas-solid two-phase flow theory.Under different narrow slot widths and different jet outlet flow velocities,the study simulates the air curtain dust control from three dimensional angles using the CFD software to obtain the figures of dust particles distribution and the curves that show the velocities of dust varying with time with or without air curtains.In addition,the study simulates and analyzes the dust control effect under different air curtains.The study demonstrates that the air curtain jet-equipment plays a dust control role,and the higher the jet velocity is,the more easily the dust is pumped away.This study provides an excellent tool for the comprehensive dust control in a fully mechanized heading face.
