摘要
为了实现对矿井巷道及顶板的全方位实时应力监测,解决煤矿的冒顶、坍塌问题,采用理论分析和试验的方法,利用自发布里渊背向散射的分布式光纤应力传感技术可持续监测应力变化的特性,设计网格状结构的分布式光纤传感器网络,并与高速数据采集电路结合起来.研究结果表明:采用模糊控制理论来提高监测外界应力变化的精度及准确度,预测直接顶失稳及巷道围岩形变等导致的煤矿地质灾害的发生.研究结论突破了传统的单点式测量,为矿井的施工安全提供了更有利的保证.
Roof fall and collapse has been a major technological problem in coal mine construction.The recent mine disasters are mainly due to insufficient monitoring on the excavation and mining operation.This study will discuss how to achieve a real-time and safe monitoring on direct roof in a drivage roadway.In this study,a Brillouin back scattering distributed optical fiber sensor technique is used to monitor the stress variations and transmit the data through a high-speed data collection line.In this way,the accuracy of data collection and the speed of hazard forecast have been greatly improved in unstable roof roadway.
