输出功率12W的全固态连续单横模1.34μm激光器 被引量:4

12 W All-solid-state CW Nd:YVO_4 TEM_(00) Laser at 1.34 μm

摘要 设计了全固态连续单横模1.34μm激光器。利用880nm激光二极管双端纵向泵浦Nd:YVO4复合晶体,在泵浦功率为51W时,获得12.4W的连续单横模1.34μm激光输出,光-光转换效率达到24.3%,激光器长期功率稳定性优于±1.2%(3h)。 We reported a CW Nd: YVO4 TEM00laser operating at 1.34 μm pumped by 880 nm laser diode.Maximum output power of 12.4 W is obtained under pump power of 51 W,with optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 24.3%.The stability of the laser output is better than ±1.2% in the given three hours.
