基于铝敏化荧光法测定甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星的研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 铝(Ⅲ)在HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,与甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星生成稳定的络合物从而使甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星的内源性荧光显著增强,据此建立了测定甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星的荧光新方法.该体系在最大激发波长λex=365nm,最大发射波长λem=420nm时,甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星浓度在3.2×10-8~9.6×10-6 mol.L-1范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限为8.3×10-9 mol.L-1,回收率在98.3%~99.4%之间.本方法已用于测定片剂中的甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星含量,结果令人满意. A new method for the determination of Tosufloxacin Tosylate was established between NaAc-HAc and Al3+medium,which lead the fluorescence of Tosufloxacin Tosylate increase significangtly.The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths were 365nm and 420nm.Experimental test showed that:the linear range was 3.2×10-8~9.6×10-6mol/L,the detection limit was 8.3×10-9mol/L.The method has been applied to the direct determination of Tosufloxacin Tosylate in Tosufloxacin Tosylate tablets with the recovery of 98.3%~99.4%.This method is easy and quick to be applicable,and its results are satisfactory.
