摘要
介绍了挤奶机真空系统测试装置的组成以及工作原理,对其系统及软件进行了设计。系统以计算机和PLC智能控制器为控制核心,可以自动对真空系统压力、流量、消耗功率、泵体转速、噪声及温度进行测定,并可以根据系统压力及流量对真空泵转速进行控制,具有数据动态显示和报表打印输出等功能。系统可实现分时间段控制、分布式控制及主从监控管理模式。
Introduces the vacuum milking machine system composition and the principle of work,the system and the software design,system with computer and intelligent PLC controller as control core,the system can automatically on vacuum system pressure,flow,speed,power consumption,the pump noise and temperature were measured,and based on the system pressure and the flow of the vacuum pump speed control,data dynamic display and print the output function,the system can be more than one time control and control management model.
