小型柴油机电动增压装置造型设计

摘要 小型柴油机电动增压装置由离心式压气机和低压直流高速电机组成,通过调节电机转速,实现增压比的变化。压气机叶轮采用长短叶相间的后弯半开式结构,配合小巧的变截面蜗壳构成压气机系统;旁通气道采用阿基米德螺线为型线,实现增压与自然吸气气道的切换。为此,应用Pro/E对各零件进行三维建模,并做动态仿真和干涉检测,以设计出结构合理的整机系统;压气机材料用轻巧坚固的工程塑料。系统具有结构简单、质量小、成本低和适用范围宽的特点。 For the sake of temporary power shortage of small agricultural vehicles to design the electric turbocharger.Its system composed of the compressor,the DC low-voltage,high-speed motor.By inch of control the motor speed to achieve to change the rate of supercharging.Turbocharger's impeller include the guided wind wheel and backward semi-open impeller as one integral whole and utilize the long and short leaf structure,with the small alterable cross-section volute assemble the compressor systems.And used the pass-by air flue with archimedean spiral wire.Achieve easy to Switch in Booster and naturally aspirated.It used the method of design and calculate by Pro-E,and then try to motion simulation,let the structure reasonable and as simple as possible.The material of the turbocharger was light and solid engineering plastic thus it has the characteristics of simple,lightweight structure,and wide range of adaptation.
