摘要
阐述了整秆式甘蔗联合收割机物流通道的总体设计方法,给出了物流通道的主要设计参数,结合机械系统虚拟样机,分析软件Admas对整秆式联合收割机甘蔗输送过程进行仿真分析,并进行试验验证。结果表明:采用腹挂中置式的物流通道结构能使甘蔗顺利进入通道,且可以充分利用收割机底盘的空间,对甘蔗收割机的小型化有较好的作用;综合考虑剥叶机构、后续甘蔗切段机构以及集蔗器的尺寸对输蔗过程进行分析,证明输蔗通道的倾角在15°左右比较合适。
This paper discusses the overall design of logistics channel of whole-stalk sugarcane harvester and main design parameters of the logistics channel.This article also elaborate the simulation and the experimental confirmation of the sugarcane transportation process and the result indicated that the abdomen hanging midship logistics channel can cause the sugarcane to enter the channel smoothly,and the harvester chassis space may use fully,it has a good effect on miniaturizing whole-stalk sugarcane combine harvester.Considering stripping leaves agencies,sugarcane segment cutter and the size of sugarcane collector,through analyzing the sugarcane transportation process,this paper argues that the sugarcane transmission channel's inclination in 15° is more appropriate.
