摘要
对影响电磁振动式水稻芽种播种机播种性能的主要因素进行了室内物理试验,利用SPSS软件对试验数据进行了回归分析,建立了排种盘振动速度、挡种板开口高度、播种机行走速度和隔振橡胶垫刚度等主要影响因素与播种量、播种合格率的数学模型,并进行分析。结果表明,挡种板开口高度小于7mm时有堵种现象;播种量与播种合格率随播种机行走速度的增大而减小,随排种盘振动速度增大而增大;隔振橡胶垫刚度在1378.3N/mm左右时,播种量较大,播种合格率较高。
The indoor physical simulation experiment was applied on analyzing the main factors which affect the performance of the Seeder for rice bud-sowing of Electromagnetic Vibrated type.Based on the experimental data,the mathematical model among seeding disk vibration velocity,retaining plate opening height,walking speed,vibration isolation rubber pad stiffness with seeding weight per dish and seeding passing rate was established by spss software.Experiments shows that,when the retaining plate opening height less than 7mm appears seeds jam phenomenon;seeding weight per dish and seeding passing rate decreases with the walking speed,increased with the seeding disk vibration velocity,when the stiffness of vibration isolation rubber pad about 1378.3 N/mm,the seeding weight per dish and seeding passing rate was higher.
