不同方式封装的相变材料蓄热效果研究——基于日光温室 被引量:11

摘要 相变材料应用于日光温室中可以将温室白天多余的热量转移至夜间,起到调节温度的作用。为此,测试了经过两种不同方式封装后的相变材料在日光温室中的实际应用效果。通过与普通砖墙温室对照分析发现:两种类型相变材料温室均具有一定蓄热保温性能。内渗型相变材料温室比普通日光温室室温晴天夜间平均高0.9℃,阴天夜间平均高0.3℃;外挂型相变材料温室晴天比普通砖墙温室夜间温度平均高0.7℃。通过对两种类型相变材料温室综合应用效果比较发现,内渗型优于外挂型。此结果为相变材料在温室中的应用提供参考。 The application of phase change material(PCM) in greenhouse can transfer the excess heat on the day to the night.The paper studied the effect of two kinds of phase change material(PCM) greenhouse,each of which is packed with the phase change material(PCM) in different ways.Through the contrast experiment of temperature between two kinds of phase change material(PCM) greenhouse and ordinary greenhouse,we found that both two phase change material(PCM) greenhouse had good heat preservation function.The indoor temperature of greenhouse B which wall material is mixed with the organic phase change material is 0.9℃ higher at night on average than the ordinary greenhouse on sunny days,while 0.3℃ higher on cloudy days.The indoor temperature of greenhouse C which wall is covered with bags full of CaCl2·6H2O is 0.7℃ higher at night on average than the ordinary greenhouse.Through contrasting the application effect of two kinds of phase change material(PCM) greenhouse,we found that greenhouse B is better than greenhouse C.The paper provides reference for the application of phase change material in greenhouse.
