甲醇-柴油混合燃料的燃烧特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过试验研究,分析了小比例甲醇-柴油混合燃料对直喷式柴油机燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:在相同的平均有效压力和转速下,相比于纯柴油,甲醇-柴油混合燃料滞燃期延长,燃烧持续期缩短,缸内最大爆发压力、最大压力升高率及最高平均燃烧温度上升;甲醇-柴油混合燃料与纯柴油放热规律相似,最大瞬时放热率比纯柴油大,且峰值所对应的时刻滞后;混合燃料预混燃烧部分比柴油略大,燃烧放热重心向上止点后偏移。 The influences of the low proportion of methanol——diesel blends on combustion characteristics of a direct injection diesel engine are analyzed by experiment.The results show that under the same brake mean effective pressure and engine speed,the period of ignition delay of the blends is extended and the combustion duration is shortened,the maximum in-cylinder pressure,the average rising rate of pressure and the maximum combustion temperature increase.The blends have the same heat release law with diesel,but the peak heat release rate is increased and the center of the heat release rate is also delayed.
