基于农用地经济等别的耕地入选基本农田研究

Research of Selecting Basic Farmland Based on Farmland Economic Grade

农用地经济等别为科学划定基本农田提供了重要依据。为此,以大兴区为例,建立基于农用地经济等别的综合指标体系,进行基于农用地经济等别的耕地入选基本农田的研究,并使用ArcGIS9.2将所得结果与没有考虑经济等别所划定的基本农田进行叠加分析。研究结果表明:依据农用地经济等别划定的基本农田,避免了主观因素的影响,保证了入选基本农田耕地的质量,使基本农田的空间布局更加合理。该研究成果对于永久基本农田划定、耕地入选基本农田指标的选取以及基本农田的划补具有重要的意义。

Economic grade of agricultural land provides an important basis for basic farmland demarcated.Take Daxing district as an example,establish comprehensive index system based on the production of agricultural land economic,then study designating prime farmland,and use the obtained results with the prime farmland which is not designating based on economic grade to overlay analysis by ArcGIS9.2.The results indicate that on the basis of agricultural land economic grade,avoid the subjective factors,and not only ensure the quality of basic farmland,but also the basic farmland space layout more reasonable.It is a vital significance of the result in this paper for demarcating permanent basic farmland,selecting indexes of basic farmland and stroking basic farmland.
