摘要 为了更高效地选择农机维修企业,提高农机维修能力评估的科学性、客观性,运用系统原理构建了农机维修企业能力评估指标体系,并在此基础上采用离差函数以及最小二乘原理将主、客观赋权法相组合,建立优化模型—最小二乘组合赋权法(Least-squares Combination Weighting Method,LS-CWM),通过求解优化模型确定指标权重。这样既兼顾到专家经验,又可避免主观因素过多的随意性,使得最终评估结果更为客观合理、有效可靠。 In order to choose the more efficient agricultural machinery maintenance enterprise,advance the scientificity and objectivity of the assessment of agricultural machinery maintenance enterprise capability,this article is applied to build the index evaluation system of agricultural machinery maintenance enterprise capability and on this basis,establish an optimization model-least-squares combination weighting method(LS-CWM)with the application of deviation function and principle of least-squares,and it combines the subjective weighting method and objective weighting method.Then the index weighting can be determined by solving this optimization model.This method can take the benefit of experts' experience without the randomness caused by overmuch subjective factor,so the final evaluation results can be more objective and reasonable,more effective and reliable.
