摘要
介绍了前轮调节极值触发型激光清平机的工作原理。基于三维软件Pro/Engineer的实体建模与运动仿真环境,根据清平作业后地面高度实验数据,采用三维软件建立实验地面模型,将清平机底盘的模型放置于实验地面模型之上进行运动学仿真,复现清平机实际运行状态,发现了波浪形实验地面的成型原理。据此,提出了前轮调节极值触发型清平机结构与控制策略的改进方案。实验表明,改进起到了显著的效果。
The working procedure of the laser leveling machine which is controlled with the principle of extremum touching-off and balanced by front wheel is introduced.Make the 3D models of the machine and the ground based on the experimental data in incipient stage with Pro/Engineer.The working status reappears in the virtual circumstance with the kinematic simulation.The forming theory of the waveshape on the test ground has been analysed.Therefor the improved structure and control principle has been brought out.The test demonstrated that the improvement is effective.
