区域农业循环经济评价指标体系构建与实证研究 被引量:14

摘要 基于循环经济的运行模式,结合农业循环经济的内涵和目标,构建了区域农业循环经济发展水平的综合评价指标体系,包括经济和社会发展、资源减量投入、资源循环利用和生态环境质量等4方面共18项操作化指标。搜集相关数据,对重庆市1997-2010年的农业循环经济发展水平进行了分项评价和综合评价。实证研究结果表明:近年来,重庆市农业循环经济发展的综合指数总体上呈不断提高的趋势,而各分项评价指数则表现为局部波动的变化态势,说明重庆市农业循环经济的发展在某些方面还不够稳定,甚至存在局部恶化的情况。最后,提出重庆市农业循环经济进一步发展的重点方向及政策措施。 Based on the running mode,connotation and development goal of agricultural recycling economy,an evaluation indicator system for regional agricultural recycling economy was established.The system includes 18 indicators under 4 sub items,such as socioeconomic development,reducing devoted resources,recycling use of resources,and resources and environmental quality.Data of 1997-2010 were used to make sub item and integrated evaluation of the index of agricultural recycling economy in Chongqing.The results showed that the sub item development index of Chongqing agricultural recycling economy fluctuated in recent years,although the integrated development index increased step by step,indicating that agricultural recycling economy developed well overall with unstable development or deterioration in economy.Some suggests and strategies were put forward to promote agricultural recycling economy development.
