摘要 随着我国农业的不断发展,传统的施肥装置已不能满足生产需求,而近几年推出的变量施肥装置因操作复杂和价格昂贵等原因不适宜大面积推广。为此,设计一款操作简便、造价低和适用于大多数用户的新型电动变量施肥装置。该装置采用单片机作为控制核心,运用自动控制算法,根据需要调节施肥量,实现变量施肥,有效提高化肥的利用率,减少因化肥使用不当而造成的环境污染和食品安全问题。该装置采用汽车蓄电池供电和全电动的施肥过程,简化了复杂的机械传动机构,可完全取代传统纯机械式驱动的施肥装置。经实际应用证明,该电动变量施肥装置性能稳定可靠。 With the continuous development of agriculture in China,the traditional fertilizer applicator is unable to meet the demand of production,and the devices introduced in recent years because of complicated operation,costliness and not suitable for large scale and so on.So we design this new pattern electric variable fertilization applicater which is simple,low cost,and suitable for most of the users.The device adopts microcomputer as the core control chip,the use of automatic control algorithm,and the fertilizer needed that to achieve variable fertilizer,effectively improve the utilization of fertilizers,improper use of fertilizer reduce the environmental pollution and food safety.The device is a battery-powered vehicle,fully electric fertilization process,which simplifying complex mechanical drive mechanism,and also can replace the traditional fertilizer-driven purely mechanical device completely.The practical application proved that the electric variable fertilization device performance is stableand reliable.
