摘要
联合收割机振动筛工作时由于往复摆动和筛上物料的变化,存在着强度低、工作动负荷大、轴承温升大等问题。为此,针对某一结构的曲柄连杆机构振动筛进行动力学分析,建立其力学方程,以求出振动筛所受约束力的大小,为振动筛关键零件的强度分析提供理论依据。
Vibrating sieve on working existed these problems of low strength and high dynamic loading and great temperature rise of bearing since the swing motion and the plus sieve variable loading.This paper analyzes the dynamics about one kind of crank bar linkage vibrating sieve,write out the the dynamics equation,and calculate the dynamic load,then provide the theory basis for the strength analysis of the key parts.
