摘要
基于穴盘倒置式自动取苗装置,在对番茄穴盘苗的质量、苗高、茎秆直径、冠形尺寸和含水率等基本参数测试分析的基础上,进行了番茄穴盘苗不同含水率下脱离穴盘时的拉出力试验和分苗过程中沿倾斜滑轨滑落试验及挡苗杆位置配置和输送带的位置确定等试验。同时,探讨了番茄穴盘秧苗取苗机理,为自动取苗分苗装置机构的设计提供了理论依据。
On account of inverted tray grab and separate seedling apparatus,and based on the analysis of the tray tomato seedlings by the quality,plant height,stem diameter,crown-shaped size,moisture content and other basic parameters of the test,did the output test of the tomato seedlings under different virtual body moisture content from the hole tray,test of seedings separateing in the process of seedlings sliding along the tilt dump rail,the position of the pole which to block seedings and the conveyor belt determination tests.Discusses and explored the mechanism for the automatically inverted tray grab and separate tomato seedling apparatus,and provide theoretical basis for design.
