摘要
将灰色系统理论中的灰关联分析法与可靠性理论中的故障树分析法结合,并引入到剪草机内燃机无法启动的故障分析中,通过故障树底事件结构中的重要度的计算以及灰关联度的计算和排序,对内燃机无法启动故障树分析中故障发生可能性的大小进行分析判断,从而为预防故障的发生提供理论依据。实践表明,该方法行之有效,分析结果可靠。
The grey relational analysis method of the grey systems theory are combined with the fault tree analysis method of reliability theory,and introduced to the analysis and diagnosis of the accident of the unable start of internal combustion engine.The various fault pattern occurrence possibilities in fault tree analysis of internal combustion engine in lawnmower are analyzed and judged by calculating importance degree of the bottom event structure of the fault tree as well as the calculating and sorting of the grey relational degree,which provides theoretical basis for accurately preventing the fault occurrence.Calculation example shows the effectiveness and reliability of this method.
